Whitney Bice Purugganan is a highly experienced Learning & Development Manager with over 19 years of relevant experience. She is currently working at Aerotek as a Manager - Learning & Development, where she manages a team of 2 Training Specialists and 1 Instructional Designer to support Recruiting Programs for over 1,200 internal employees. Whitney is responsible for developing new training content, which includes in-person and virtual instructor-led trainings, micro-learning videos, training materials, and modules/courses. She also facilitates various leadership trainings both in-person and virtually. Whitney has a proven track record of success in her field, having previously worked as a Program Manager- Training and Development and Team Leader- Training and Development at Aerotek. In these roles, she managed a team of 4 remote VOP Training Specialists who traveled around the US and Canada training new Recruiters and Managers. Whitney also built and developed training material for new Recruiters and Managers who supported Aerotek's largest accounts and facilitated virtual training for new Onsite Managers, including Salesforce and their internal ATS. Whitney holds a BFA in Graphic Design from James Madison University, where she completed her education in 2004. She is proficient in design and Salesforce, which have been invaluable skills in her current role. Whitney is a dedicated professional who is passionate about learning and development.
